LA falls short on fixing your pets

Hmmmm...just after I posted an event regarding a so-called "NO KILL" LA, I read this article at our lovely sister pet blog about how the city has not done much to educate the masses about the new upcoming "law." And I know first-hand through my mom's neighbors...but as you know that's another story.

All I have to say is... Good luck L.A.!!
