Sanchez Prognosis

Mark Sanchez will be out for an unknown amount of time with a dislocated left knee. He said there was no ligament damage or tears but doctors would not say how long he will be sidelined.
``It was just scary. It could be a lot worse,'' Sanchez said. ``This is the best-case scenario. They didn't give me a time frame. It could be a short period or a long period. Hopefully, it's shorter.''

Asst Coach Kris Richard suffered the same injury when he played and was out 10 days.

Every situation is different...if I remember correctly Andruw Bynum also had a dislocated knee cap and we all know how that turned out.
