UCLA-Oregon State at 1 p.m.

UCLA's Week 8 matchup with Oregon State on Oct. 31 - Halloween - will be played at 1 p.m.
ABC did not choose to carry the game regionally, so the game will not be televised, due to the Pac-10 agreement with ABC. UCLA explored the options of playing at a time when the telecast could be done, but Oregon State thought it was in the best interest to play at 1 p.m.

Will be the first game this year we do not attend or see on TV. Any webcasts available?

You've got to be kidding me!!! I don't want to have to listen to the game.

Nice, I can see Sun Belt teams, high school, heck even a Lingerie League game on TV, but not my beloved Bruins from the 2nd largest media market in the country? Something is wrong with this picture and I hope new PAC-10 commissioner is working towards correcting this. Complete garbage. Seems like all Big Ten Teams have no problem being on TV, why can't PAC-10?

Beginning of the end for UCLA football.

So they think more people will watch a repeat of "Golden Girls" than UCLA football. Swell.

That's not going to help recruiting.

The Pac 10 should dump ABC when the contract is up. Those clowns didn't even show the beginning of the Cal/UCLA.

WTF?????!!!!! Are you kidding me? The game won't be televised? HOW IN HELL IS NO ONE PICKNG UP THE GAME?

Jon, is there still a chance for some channel to pick it up, or is it too late?

Screw Oregon State. Those stupid D-bags don't want to be televised? Why is it beneficial to play at 1:00pm? This is freaking ridiculous! I was looking forward to this one on TV. GOOD JOB, DAN!

why cant prime ticket pick it up? do we really need more harness racing on prime?

Does everyone not get that the networks will air what they believe will garner the highest ratings? They're in business to make money, not show loyalty to a local team.

If showing a SEC or Big Ten game gets higher ratings they'll show it. If showing Spongebob Squarepants on a Saturday afternoon sells more commercial time, they'll play it.

Get used to it. This is not USC Football. This is UCLA Football, a culture of losing and mediocrity.

Welcome to rock bottom! Cant say I dont understand, I mean really, who wants to watch a UCLA game other than UCLA fans? For the most part its been unwatchable!

Win Forever, you are right.

It is a culture of losing and mediocrity. One thing it isn't, however, is a culture of cheating. Something tells me that's not something you'd be interested in. Douche-bags never are.

Aren't ABC and ESPN part of the same network family? If so, and if we don't like ABC now... and nobody likes Fox... who is left CBS/NBC? Do they do big conference network deals (other than with Notre Dame)?

To all you MORONS on why the game is not on TV and being played at 1pm:

1. UCLA sucks. Win some games and maybe someone will want you on TV. Yea, right the largest college football TV market in the country going for you and still ABC won't take you. Pretty sad, eh?

2. Its Halloween. Those of us in Beaverland here in Oregon want the game early so we can go out with our kids on Halloween.

So you immature morons. Wake up and stop acting like children. Jesus Christ, how immature are some of you?
