Announcing schedule
Check in throughout Wednesday for updates on UCLA's signing day.
Here are the announcement times (pacific standard) on players who are yet to announce and are being recruited by UCLA:
9:30 a.m. -- RB Damien Thigpen
10 a.m. -- LB Manti Te'o
11 a.m. -- OL Xavier Su'a-Filo
6:30 p.m. -- WR Randall Carroll
*I have not heard of a signing time for TE/DE Billy Sanders or OL Stanley Hasiak, but as soon as I have word of their letters arriving, I will let everyone know.

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.

Do you anticipate that UCLA is going to receive a letter from Sanders and Hasiak? Your note suggests such. Perhaps I am reading in to it too much.

You are reading too much into it, but I think Hasiak goes to UCLA and Sanders to UCLA.
What about XSF? Any idea if he's leaning either way (Utah or UCLA?)

On Wolfs board he posted that he is hearing Randall Carroll is a UCLA lean. A random person also posted in a comment that Sporting News is saying Te'o is a UCLA lean(I dont buy that one but I will keep my fingers crossed).

I don't remember what Brian's blog has most recently said about this, but tonight Wolf said that the buzz is that Carroll is going to UCLA.
If UCLA lands Te'o and Carroll I can only imagine the excuses that suc fans will start making. Only thing that could make me happier is if the NCAA would issue their sanctions against suc football first thing tomorrow morning - East Coast time.

There is no way Teo lands at UCLA. We should be counting our lucky stars if we land Carroll and Hasiak. Not to mention the fact that Graham is staying at UCLA
Don't rule Teo out DFarmer... World is full of mistakes. Indeed, if it wasn't for mistakes, we wouldn't have lil' PeterDalis...isn't that right son?
Is that seriously the best you can down CMSW? SUC Toejams really are weak. The real mistake would be choosing SUC prior to their NCAA sanctions.
Don't do it Te'o! Come to a better school with higher ranked academics, the same chance to get to the NFL, no fears of NCAA sanctions, and no need for a bullet proof vest. UCLA makes sense.

two thoughts - why would Te'o schedule a call with wearesc.com for tomorrow if he's not already a trojan? Conversely, why would Carroll have an "announcement" time if he's going to SC? He's never actually backed out of his verbal...

I think that's the announcement time, Eastern, no?
Te'o giving a call to wearesc.com signs, seals, and delivers him to USC in my book. But I would find it odd that he, after all the suspense surrounding his recruitment, would give away where he is signing all based off a conference call apt. I am prepared to read tomorrow morning that Te'o is Trojan.
