Here you go.

Q: Will you stop by the UBTA again next year for a game or two?
A: Depends on the menu. Kidding. I haven't officially been to one yet, after all, so I'll have to stop by one next year.

Q: Did Dohn share any food with you?
A: There was some confusion there. Dohn thought the food was his half-time meal. He finally relented. I'm glad. The pasta was delicious; much better than the hotdogs we get in the pressbox (not that I'm complaining, just comparing).

Q: How many wins do you think UCLA will have next year in football?
A: I'd like to see the offensive line and who will be quarterbacking the Bruins before I answer this. See if DeWayne Walker is still the defensive coordinator. Get back to me in August.

Q: Are you married?
A: You don't seriously think I'm going to divulge personal information on this blog, right?

Q: Three buffalo gals go 'round the outside
'round the outside
'round the outside
Three buffalo gals go 'round the outside
Are you one off them?
A: Huh?

Q: Why would you ever leave Boulder and move to LA??
A: Funny that you ask. I grew up in Colorado and always wanted to live in California. CU had so many out-of-state students from California, and I always wondered why they wanted to go to school at Colorado. I love that I don't have to shovel snow off sidewalks and bundle up every time I leave the house. And scraping car windows isn't something I miss either. But then there's much more traffic here. No changing of the seasons. And no white Christmases.

Q: When you attended CU...was CRN there? If so, can you tell us your thoughts on the Coach based on your time at CU?
A: Yes. Rick Neuheisel was thought of as a young, up-and-coming guy back then who did a great job coaching quarterbacks. He had a lot of personality back then, too, so he was well-liked.

Q: As a Colorado alumus, do you have any negative feelings towards Coach Neuheisel?
A: I deal with Coach Neuheisel as a reporter, and he's been nothing but pleasant to the media. Sometimes, coaches change in the face of mounting losses, but Neuheisel didn't. As a Colorado fan, was I happy that the Buffaloes were on probation on Neuheisel's watch? Of course not. Then Gary Barnett took his turn as coach. Things got much, much worse for the school and program under Barnett's watch.

Interesting commments concerning Gary Barnett. Seems that RN gets all the credit for destroying CU Football, when Barnett seems to be every bit as culpable. Nice to see that it is behind them and looking up with coach Hawkins.

Technically, the food was Dohn's halftime meal. But I figured he would share a rib with you. We thought Norm Chow might divulge in some food as well.

We'll stock up on Cherry Coke and Dr. Pepper for you guys next season. As soon as the tenative menu is set, we will email you guys. lol.

UB will take credit for the pasta dish, Jill. It is our family's favorite dish. It is my Sicilian Grandmother's (VB's Great-Grandmother's) recipe.

You'll definitely get an invite to tailgating next year. But, VB, is she worthy of the Filet Mignon and King Crab legs???

Hey, if you are at the Wodden Classic, perhaps VB and I will spot you and say hello!

An Italian dish. No wonder I liked it. If you're the sharing type, you can email me the recipe or bring it to tomorrow's Wooden Classic.

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
