Against the plan
UCLA players and coaches bemoaned the lack of offense and the number of turnovers (four) in the loss to BYU, and UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel reiterated the Bruins' need to play sound football to have a chance to win games.
"Our game is always going to be the same; we're going to have to stay on the field, keep our defense off of it,'' Neuheisel said. "We could not do that. We left our defense out there far too long, and BYU was methodical.''

I thought he said punting was winning.
We had more punts than them so I guess on paper we won hands down.
BruinNV,
I guess we know who the "real" Bruins fans are.
Saturday's result was more to Karl Dorrell's lack of recruiting then Rick Neuheisel's coaching ability. Had Dorrell still been in place, it would have 108-0.
Rome was not built in a day, and either will this. Let's stand by our boys and our coaches.
