Westbrook signing with agent

I just got off the phone with former UCLA guard Russell Westbrook, who said he is signing with the Wasserman Media Group. It means he will remain in the NBA draft and not return to UCLA for his junior season.

Best of luck to Westbrook, I'm going to miss those highlight dunks that always got the crowd and team going.

sad to see him go. it's amazing to think back to that west virginia game that he started when collison was injured in 2007. he went 1-11 from the field, 4 pts, 3 turnovers. he looked so young and inexperienced in that game. and now a year later he's a probable lottery pick. incredible transformation. we'll miss you westbrook. best of luck.

Brian,

Any relation to Casey Wasserman, the Avengers owner and UCLA grad?

Thanks
