Reggie not Dunn with UCLA?
Remember Verbum Dei of Los Angeles receiver Reggie Dunn? He signed with Oregon State in 2007 but was not academically eligible.
Well, UCLA continues to keep tabs on Dunn, who is enrolled at a Los Angeles junior college. According to a few of my sources, Dunn is taking the proper classes to be able to transfer to UCLA, provided his grades are up to standard.
And those sources tell me UCLA is interested in bringing Dunn into the program in 2009.

Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
According to the Princeton Review, Oregon State accepts 92% of its applicants and the average incoming freshman has a GPA of 3.47.
If UCLA is picky then how could they ever get a player in that couldn't get into Oregon State.

and athletes only need to meet the minimum requirements to be accepted. Is he one of the guys that spelled his name wrong on the SAT?
Well, the times they are a'changin'.
Now, if the kids just simply go to class, and are quiet, they get some kind of credit. Forget the learnin' part.
