Concussions, concussions
Nikola Dragovic is still having concussion-symptoms, and Aaron Wittington is out with another concussion. Seems Ben Olson suffered one, too, although no one is officially calling it a concussion for some reason. Brandon Breazell suffered a mild concussion, it seems, after that brutal hit by teammate Logan Paulsen while both were trying to make a tackle after an interception.
``I hate when people say I had a concussion,'' Breazell said.
Seems there's a stigma attached to the label, and recent reports show many high school players wouldln't tell their coaches they had a concussion because they fear they woudln't be able to play.
Breazell said he would say something.
``You never know what play might be your last,'' Breazell said.
Bruce Davis echoed those sentiments.
``Not saying something could damage your brain and cost you in the long run,'' Davis said. ``As much as we hate to admit it, we're not going to be able to play football forever. There's life after football. As much as I like to think I'm Superman, if that happens, you definitely have to say something. I want to have a family someday, and that could affect your future.''

I am not a Schutt salesman or anything but I have to once again point out that I have yet to hear of a concussion to a player wearing a Riddell revolution or Schutt DNA helmet.
Just my two cents. The high school by where I live has gone 100% to Riddell Revolution helmets and has not had a concussion in two seasons; since making the change. Certain teams like the Penn State and Oregon Ducks seem to be 100% DNA helmets and I don't see many concussed Nittany lions or Ducks. Just food for thought. I wish someone would ask/do research to see if the design of the DNA/Revolution really does lead to fewer concussions on the field.

Unfortunately, I think Ben's headaches are less from being hit on the field and more from the hits taken from the "fans".
