Cal State Dominguez Hills Coach Joe Flanagan Voted the 100 Percent Soccer Southern California Personality of the Year
But it is no less deserved after bringing a national title back to the South Bay.
Here's hoping for an equally successful 2009 for Flanagan and the Toros.
