Present imperfect

This is a flower. Nurseries sell them.Interesting development in the Heritage Square saga today ("Heritage Square partner drops out", but lest we forget there are other causes celebre out there. Following what was reportedly the successful intervention of Mayor Bill Bogaard in the Edison/Persson's Nursery impasse, the drums are beating again for another nearby owner:

Our concerns about Persson's Nursery also apply to Present Perfect Nursery. Please do what you can to save Present Perfect from eviction from the Southern California Edison right of way.
