John Wooden on his 98th birthday!

| | Comments (0) |

John Wooden is celebrating his 98th birthday today. He had dinner with 37 members of his family on Saturday. Other than that, the personable Wooden doesn't like to make a fuss of these things.
``It's just another year,'' Wooden said in an interview last week. ``Nothing special. We're having dinner with all the family. We eat an awful lot.''
Wooden and his family dined at a local restaurant, where Wooden said the owners will do something special for his 100th birthday.
Wooden was born on Oct. 14, 1910.
Happy Birthday, Coach Wooden!
