Radaronline posted a poor excuse for not talking about the fines they have gotten by the labor commissioner by saying they have not seen the paperwork.
Octorazzi made just one phone call and I had "the paperwork" in a few minutes. So WHAT GIVES???
here's what they said in the latest posting on their website.
"California's labor commissioner saysRadarOnline.com has violated child laborlaw videotaping two of Nadya Suleman's octuplets, according to media reports on Tuesday.
Those same reports said RadarOnline.com failed to obtain required state permits and videotaped two infants at times outside labor law guidelines.
RadarOnlne.com has not seen any paperwork from the department of labor and therefore cannot comment on specifics.
However, like any other newsgathering organization, RadarOnline.com is not required to obtain permits nor is it restricted to certain hours in its newsgathering operations."

For some reason, it logs me out! Long story short-My Late Husband died and all of a sudden "Wrongful Death" kicked in-right down to my former inlaws, his grandparents, etc.,! How does this "Wench" get away with what she does? I have to pay 3 attorney's a month! The "Estate," "Myself," and "Kid" all have to have an attorney for "Conflict Of Intrest!" How does she get off? While I am spending thousands of dollar's for this crap, why isn't she?
I know that I am being taken advantage of, but what can I do? I had a "Nun" and even a "Social Worker" on my behalf and the judge still ruled against me! And we were "MARRIED" at the time! And we are "Good" people! Is that why the woman of "Justice" wears a "blind fold?" Must Be! This Crap just "sicken's me!" She continues to get away, but I don't! That "wench" made her choice, we didn't have any! I just feel for them children, who she still hasn't learned how to hold! What A "C" and I don't use that word at all, but she is one! i watched a nadya video at radar and before it even starts you have to sit through an ad. how much do you suppose a big company like best buys spends on advertising? how much do you think that they are paying for that spot just before the video? in order to get best buys to pay radar would have to prove the stats for the number of hits for each personality shown.
radar was owned by another company and struggled to get exposure on the net. national enquirer bought it and started to turn it around to be much more visible internet player.
if radar gets a penalty of 3k for each and every video of the babies it will be small change compared to the advertising revenue that they would be getting from nadya's videos.
the report stated that further infringements would likely be handled more harshly. that means those infringements since they were penalised not any since the first video infringement.
I am not sure I fully understood what you wrote but I am sorry to hear that you had some stress from a wrongful death suit. what I could not understand was who brought the suit and who was it against? was it your inlaws that brought the suit or was your husband the guilty party even though he died?
I truely don't get this sort of legal action. for what purpose? to get money from someone even though it was an accident? remember john kennedy's estate was targeted for wrongful death by the parents of his wife. you would think from their claim that the kennedy's didn't care for his wife and john did it deliberately.
I don't mean to "ramble" but it just so "ticks" me off that she keeps "getting away" with what she does! I just so feel for those children! I know what is happening to us, is out of our control-what goes around-comes around-sooner or later-most often-later. I only wish the best for all the children! Just an FYI, the personal service went to CT Corp. which is a company who handles legal service for several or many corporations. There is a legal term for the person or company who handles accepting service for a corporation or llc, and I can not think of it. Registered Agent. So they can say they have not seen a copy and still have been legally served, it went to their registered agent, CT corp.

The Labor Commission further said that the mother could not be held at fault since the responsibility was transferred to RadarOnline with the video diary agreement.

Millie- did you ever actually go and READ the contract? Sections 5A & B? 5A put the Licensing fee in Escrow, till the last tup came home.
5B specified a weekly amount to be PAID WEEKLY upon completion of 30 minutes of filming 5 days each week for a period of 7 weeks. There is no mention in 5B of this amount being held in escrow. The escrow was for the "licensing fee" only.

So...since they KNEW this was transpiring at the house...and there might onslaught of photogs, why didn't they bring those babies home one by one in separate cars...perhaps even "hiding" them as they passed the media on that driveway and straight into the garage.
Don't feed me any ridiculous excuse that it wouldn't have mattered...or it would have been to complicated. When it comes to the safety of our children, nothing else matters. Including when we see another mother that puts her children's lives in danger for the sake of a photo op.**

** This is not totally about it being a legal issue for Suleman....the MORAL issue is to be considered also. She is morally depraved and thinks putting on a show for the media is more important than the well being of her own children. When you start questioning the morality of a parent...its not beyond a reasonable doubt that further investigation into the parents motives are bound to happen**

i can see that too. Not all of course but i was sorta surprised that so many people commenting had contact with someone who has narcissistic personality.
you gotta wonder what drives people to hold onto negative emotions for such a long time. I am here to play the devils advocate as i KNOW there is often more than one explanation for things.
eg according to a few posters this filming is supposed to be staged. but to my mind if you have children in film co at the party then i would say there is one of those teachers there that the court complained were not there on the first night the babies arrived home. if they are filming then it would appear that eyeworks has found a network to buy the product. Nadya said all this but people call her a liar. I wonder when people will admit that she doesn't lie all the time. Following on from this then perhaps dennis the donor was the liar or someone else remembers incorrectly or has a a skewed view of a situation. My shop was robbed repeatedly. I gave a statement to the police which was different to some employee's statement which was different to the customers statement. the police told me that they can work out enough of the truth since some of the facts will be the same.
anyway, july 27 should be interesting. I think if it is found that Nadya has set up trust accounts for the kids as she states and no financial guardian is appointed then this site will die as a few people will have to have a serious think about their thought processes and what drives them to write such hate.
i remember that the amount she was to be paid was $1k per minute. i wonder since we can see that they were there for 30 minutes at least per day to make a 4 minute video, whether that means she gets 30k per day or 4k per day.
