Re/Max Realtor Maggie Weston confirmed the house did not sell, so the next step is for the bank to bring in a new realtor, or maybe keep her, for foreclosure within a week or so.
Then, Angela will be notified of foreclosure in about one week and will be given about 30 days to move.
There is something called CASH for KEYS which the bank MAY offer Angela. If she moves out as soon as they want, she'll get cash in the hundreds to thousands, depending on how bad the bank wants them to vacate.
So the short sale is out, foreclosure is in, AND as previously reported ONLY by OCTORAZZI, Angela will go to live with her long-time realtor friend and Ed should be on his way to Iraq soon for another tour on the front lines helping OUR boys and gals communicate with the natives.
Screen capture below show the home was reverted to beneficiary and that the final bid (which was also the asking price) was $355, 289.00. Ms. Weston could not say what the highest bid was out on the steps of the Pomona courthouse.

Those same reports said RadarOnline.com failed to obtain required state permits and videotaped two infants at times outside labor law guidelines.
RadarOnlne.com has not seen any paperwork from the department of labor and therefore cannot comment on specifics.
However, like any other newsgathering organization, RadarOnline.com is not required to obtain permits nor is it restricted to certain hours in its newsgathering operations."
Radaronline CAN GO TO MY BLOG and check out all the paperwork if they need to...
As of now, JEFF CZECH has not returned my calls and I have not seen Nadya!
Until Next time, LATES!!!
"On May 4, 2009, I announced at a news conference that I was filing a complaint with the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, requesting an investigation into numerous violations of California labor laws and regulations involving the filming of two of Nadya Suleman's infant octuplets.
As a result of my complaint the State opened an investigation, interviewed witnesses and issued subpoenas. Today they took appropriate action based on the results of their investigation.
I filed this complaint on behalf of Paul Petersen, my client who is President of A Minor Consideration, a group dedicated to the protection of child performers. I took this action because of our concern about the need for protection for the rights of Nadya Suleman's octuplets.
Labor laws in California are clear about the requirements that must be followed for the protection of minors who are filmed.
On the night of March 17, 2009, when the first two of Nadya's premature infant octuplets returned home, many of the protections that the law requires for child actors (including infants) were not in place.
For example the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement found that no studio teacher was present during the filming of minors Noah and Isaiah Suleman in violation of Labor Code Sec. 1287. Studio teachers are required to be present for the protection of child performers while filming is taking place. It is their job to intervene and stop the filming if the filming would endanger the infants or is in any way in violation of the law. I was present inside of Nadya's home when the first two infants came home on the night of March 17, 2009. It is clear the babies were in danger on that night and that if a studio teacher been present the babies would not have been endangered as I believe they were. The division also found that on that same night of March 17, that the infants Noah and Isaiah Suleman worked beyond the hours permitted in violation of Labor Code Sec. 1287. Infants of their age are not permitted to be filmed after 4:30 in the afternoon and during that time filming may only take place for 20 minutes. However these infants were filmed from 10:00 p.m. to approximately midnight, in violation of the hours permitted, and for almost two hours, far in excess of the 20 minutes permitted by law. Further the division found that there was no permit to employ the minors Noah and Isaiah Suleman as required by law and that no entertainment work permits were on file for them. As a result four citations were issued to the media entity with whom Ms. Suleman had a contract, Radaronline.com, and civil penalties were assessed for a total amount of $3,000.00.
Because Nadya Suleman has chosen to commercially exploit her babies by allowing them to be filmed, she and those with whom she has contracts must follow the law which exists for the protection of these innocent babies.
I am very pleased that the Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement is doing its job in protecting these infants and in doing so is sending a message to others that babies have rights, and that if their parents and the media do not protect them that others will.
The entertainment industry, the media and Nadya Suleman are now on notice that the health, safety and welfare of these babies is paramount. The message has now been sent loudly and clearly that babie's rights may not be sacrificed or violated simply because others wish to profit.

I hope that the actions of California's DLSE puts some resolve into Pennsylvania's labor department, which is investigating Jon & Kate + 8 and strikes fear into the hearts of this nation's entertainment conglomerates who would have us believe that mere infants are capable of informed consent. How appropriate that today's news finds me in Donna Reed's hometown of Denison, Iowa, where for 23 years we have tried to teach young performers how to safely participate in Show Business. Here is a copy of Nadya's contract with RadarOnline. The quality is bad, but hey, it's a real copy. Might be easier to read it in "full screen" mode. Or download a copy.
Suleman Radar contract -
| Radar Under Fire for Octuplets Video |
| LOS ANGELES (AP) - California authorities slapped an online site Tuesday with a series of child-labor law violations for videotaping two of Nadya Suleman's octuplets. State Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet said RadarOnline endangered the newborns, Noah and Isaiah Suleman, by failing to get required state permits and videotaping the infants at hours and for periods of time banned by regulations. "These babies were put at risk and exposed to conditions that violated California labor laws," Bradstreet said. "In this case, we are dealing with premature babies." Suleman had an exclusive contract with the Web site that permitted videotaping of the children, according to a copy reviewed by The Associated Press. Chris Myers of RadarOnline said he hadn't seen the violations and had no immediate comment. The site's executive vice president, David Perel, did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment. Suleman, a single mother who already had six children, gave birth to her octuplets on Jan. 26. The births set off media frenzy, with public adoration soon turning to scorn with revelations that Suleman was unemployed and had conceived all her children through in vitro fertilization. So, WHO DO YOU GOING TO BELIEVE TO NOW? Yes, You are right, ONLY OCTORAZZI!!!! |
Nadya Suleman and her octuplets
On May 4, 2009, Gloria Allred and her co-counsel John Deily, on behalf of their
client, Paul Petersen, filed a petition requesting that the court appoint a guardian over the
estate of Nadya Suleman's octuplets. The court set a hearing date of June 22, 2009. Ms.
Allred and Mr. Deily filed an amended petition in this case on June 8, 2009. The court has
now set a new hearing date of July 27, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. in Department L-73, 341 The
City Drive, Orange, CA 92868. The hearing date of June 22, 2009 has been taken off
calendar. "
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Octuplets mother Nadya Suleman is admitting she's made a few mistakes.
In a video shot in a fondue restaurant and posted to the RadarOnline Web site Thursday, Suleman dips cheesecake in melted chocolate and talks about her problem pregnancies and difficulty with her relationship to the father of her children.
"I screwed myself. I screwed up my life, I screwed up my kids' lives," said Suleman. "I have to put on this strong facade and I have to pretend like I don't regret it."
Suleman gave birth to the world's longest-surviving set of octuplets on Jan. 26, after already having six other children.
All 14 children share a biological father, and Suleman said she felt her connection to him grow with every pregnancy.
"The more kids I had, the stronger connection I had with him," she said.
Suleman said her older children are increasingly curious about who their biological father is. She refuses to identify him, saying she wants to protect his privacy, but also wants him "to somehow, privately, secretly know (the children) in a controlled manner."
According to the video, she didn't tell him she was having more children after the first six, and fears his resentment for the betrayal.
The videographer, identified by Radar as Suleman's best friend, says at one point that the sperm donor has a wife and family. But Suleman warns her away from giving away too much about the man, adding that "he'd lose everything he's created in his own life" if his identity was revealed.
Octo-patriarch opens up about future, loosig his home, the grandchildren, Nadya
In a Wide World Exclusive Interview, Ed Doud, the octo-patriarch of the Suleman clan, spoke about his upcoming trip to the danger zone in Iraq.
Still in visible pain from his recent double hernia operation at Whittier Presbyterian Hospital, Doud said his grandchildren "are everything in my life. I live for them."
But soon, Doud will be thousands of miles away, in the dangerous zones of Iraq, helping out the United States Army as a linguist. Doud will be working with through a contractor.
Doud said he will teach American soldiers about the Iraqi culture and about the people.
"I will show them what they need to say, what they need to do, what they (Iraqis) are saying," so that those the soldiers come in contact with are not offended. "It's a totally different culture," Doud said.
Doud added that it is a very dangerous job but that being out there, "I am one of them (soldiers)." Doud said he will be in the front lines alongside the men and women of our armed forces.
But before he is out in the desert sands with a 150 lb. backpack, he has to heal and be given the OK by his doctor. Doud will work for 6 months, then get 2 weeks "R&R" and back for another 6 months. He does not know yet for how long this assignment will be, so it could be for years to come. During the two weeks rest, Doud said he will rush back to his grandkids.
Then, Doud opened up about his present home.
"We have the money to take care of it," he said, but the bank would not negotiate a new deal. Doud said he wanted to re-do his loan because of the plunging value of real estate but that the bank would have none of that. "They wanted me to get a lawyer and all that," Doud said, "they're (the bank) not realistic."
Doud added that the bank did not want to take a loss as well, so "we don't want it (the house)." "We're having a short sale" to avoid the foreclosure.
But Doud will not leave Angela alone and in the cold. "I'm not leaving until she's settled down." In fact, Angela Suleman, his ex-wife whom he still lives with, said she will be moving in with a friend. "She has her own quarters," Doud added.
Living the Nadya, Doud said, would be too stressful for mother and daughter. So he prefers for Angela to live with the friend she's know for many years.
And then he opened up about Nadya.
"No parent did as much as we did for Nadya. Financially, psychologically." Doud added that he was not trying to praise himself but that "No parent in America or any other country would do what we did (for Nadya)."
"(It's) Amazing what we did for her."
But Doud says he is very happy to help out his grandchildren. He said he enjoys being with them, taking them breakfast and just having them with him.
"I live for the kids and will miss them tremendously."
Lastly, Doud said that when he finally returns from Iraq, he will buy a home for himself and Angela and open up a restaurant. He said he is a chef and that he specializes in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean gourmet food."
"I will never retire," Doud said.
