No extension for Farmar or Morrison

| | Comments (0) |

Hardly a surprise, but neither Jordan Farmar nor Adam Morrison received a contract extension by today's deadline. They will each become restricted free agents July 1, with the Lakers able to match any outside offers they might receive. Farmar, a guard, and Morrison, a forward, are backups with a great deal to prove in 2009-10. It's a good situation for the players and for the Lakers.
