Reunited

Patrick O'Sullivan is now back on the first line with Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar early in the second period.

Handzus is still with Frolov and Simmonds, so I presume Moulson takes O'Sullivan's place with Stoll and Moller.

The team looks great so far...very much holding their own and pushing the big sharks around, to boot.
O'Sullivan looks to be in fine shape, skills, skills, skills.
Brown steady and abusive. Cheechoo knows this to be true...Brown is like a punishing Palffy.
Frolov is tricky and always dangerous and intelligent.
Kopi unbelievable. A genius. Socrates.
Doughty's making no mistakes tonight.
Johnson perhaps still trying too hard, but too much is better than not enough.

Boy, I wish Dan Boyle was a King.

cheers

Maybe the first goal of the game was soft, maybe it was a great shot that rang the iron before bulging the old onion bag. Doesn't matter anyway. The Kings need to ignore the score all year and focus on improving every minute they're on the ice.

I hope the don't deflate going down at home in the opener.

cheers
