Country food fair at women's group
WHITTIER - The Whittier California Women's Connection will present its annual "country fair roundup" luncheon from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 20 at Friendly Hills Country Club, 8500 Villaverde Drive.
Country fair items include homemade beans, cakes, candies, handcrafted items and much more.
The speaker will be Bonnie Smith, who will explain "why the past is not the future."
