Country fair food at women's club

WHITTIER - The Whittier California Women's Connection will present its annual "country fair roundup" luncheon from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30p.m. Thursday at the Friendly Hills Country Club, 8500 Villaverde Drive.

Guest speaker Bonnie Smith will explain "why the past is not the future."

The cost is $19.50. A complimentary nursery is available with reservations. For more information, contact Joann at (562) 693-9182.
