An OLYMPIAN task ahead..for beleaguered NBC

Ken Jeffries talks with Daily News Sports Media Columnist Tom Hoffarth who points out--with the opening ceremonies on Friday--that the "Peacock Network" will "tape-delay" major events to the west coast, even though the host city--Vancouver--is in the SAME time zone.

Hoffarth also notes that NBC will use a 'multi-platform' approach--and that the network estimates it will LOSE a quarter BILLION dollars on the deal.
