Free holiday light display in Griffith Park

The 13th Annual LA DWP light festival in Griffith Park starts today, November 25 and runs until Tuesday, December 30, 2008. The mile-long display of lights is on every night from 5 to 10 pm.

The first few nights (through Dec. 7) are for pedestrians and bicyclists, other nights are for horse enthusiasts. Cars are allowed starting Dec. 8. Shuttle service is available December 12 through 30 if you park at the LA Zoo.
