In-n-Out 60th anniversary celebration

In-N-OutBurgerCombo1.jpgIn case you did not hear, the rumor about In-N-Out rolling back its prices to quarter hamburgers and ten-cent drinks to celebrate its 60th anniversary Wednesday is not true.

Unfortunately, the company is marking the milestone by conducting business as usual. Sorry to burst your bubble. I was hoping it was true, too.

I live near Highland Park so the closest In-n-Out is a fair distance away...what I might save by getting a bargain burger probably wouldn't equal the cost of gas...I love the double-double, but the practical (less saturated fats) part of me says: Wait for a special occasion.
Besides, when we are pinching pennies, sometimes a small treat can be a big treat--having a double-double instead of something cheaper. It doesn't cost that much more, and makes for an affordable indulgence.

Just went to the In-n-Out page, they state it's a rumor they're turning back prices. They state they don't discount, so no turning back prices.
Just for your info.
