Bargain Hunter in NYCT

If posts are a little light Friday and Monday it's because I'm in New York visiting friends. Was reminded of a great deal on the bus from the airport when I saw a man with a cart selling icees, wonderful treats that come in a paper cup and leave a stain on your tongue ((different than Italian ices and the brand ICEE) . When I was in college they were $.25! Such a deal for something so tasty and refreshing in this hot and humid and humid climate. Do they have icee carts in the Valley?
