Angels edge Rangers 3-2

A day after tying the Texas Rangers, the Angels used a home run from Brandon Wood on Friday to earn a 3-2 victory. It leaves them 1-0-1 in Cactus League play thus far. Nick Adenhart looked impressive in his spring debut, getting the start and pitching two scoreless innings. In other news, John Lackey is being delayed by a sore elbow.
